Mrs Dalloway by Virginia Woolf

One of my favourite authors is Virginia Woolf and I couldn’t not make a book cover for her most famous novel, Mrs Dalloway. I wanted to make something that I’d be happy to have on my own bookshelf.
I wanted to incorporate the most important elements from the story: the title character, a bunch of flowers, and the poppy which is the symbol of Remembrance day in the UK.
It was also important to have a lively colour scheme, and I've experimented with various colours.
